As a spa owner, one of the things I dread is having to keep replacing equipment due to poor design, etc.- especially when the choices of such equipment may be limited due to low numbers of resources. However, this roll-on wax warmer is amazing and last forever. We had our previous Starpil model for 10 years! The only reason we had to replace it was it just literally started to fall apart from having an older type of plastic--it was just too well loved and used. We already love the new improved design!
