Terms & Conditions

ORDER PROCESSING

Once your order is placed, it will be reviewed, packed, and shipped with care.

Starpil Wax Co reserves the right to cancel any orders that are suspected as fraudulent.  

SHIPPING POLICY

The shipping methods we offer are FedEx and USPS for domestic shipments.

We process orders Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays* within the United States. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. 

If you place your order after the cutoff times 1 PM (EST) for USPS and 3 PM (EST) for FedEx), the order will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Please note: There is a 10-day timeframe in which to report a package as lost, stolen, or damaged. These 10-day parameters begin from the package date of delivery and need to be confirmed with customer service on the backend.

*Regarding Holidays

For the benefit of our valued fulfillment team, we observe weekends and the following US Holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • 4th of July
  • Labor Day
  • Veteran's Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas 

Please be advised that packages will not ship from our distribution center on any of the above listed holidays. 

FedEx ground shipping takes typically  3-5 business days to arrive depending on the shipping address location. Please refer to the shipping times map on our website for a more detailed approximation. 

FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. 

FedEx is not an available shipping method for these states:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Priority shipping orders received before 1 PM (EST) will be shipped the same day. Processing and shipping time does not include weekends. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM (EST) for USPS and 3 PM (EST) FedEx will be processed the following Monday. Orders placed with expedited shipping on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day. 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges are based on package weight and destination and are set by the carrier and not Starpil Wax Co.  

Starpil Wax offers free shipping on all orders over $100*, excluding tax.

All orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada and Australia will incur additional shipping fees because of this.  

*Please note that our free shipping over $100 policy does not apply to the above states, U.S. territories, or countries because they must be shipped by air.

All orders to Australia and Canada will incur additional shipping costs as well as duties and fees that the customer is responsible for.

MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address. 

TRACKING ORDERS 

Upon processing your payment, you will receive a confirmation email. Kindly be advised that this email is meant to confirm that Starpil Wax Co. has received and is reviewing your order. When your order is ready to ship, a shipment confirmation email will be sent with your order details and a tracking number that will lead you to your selected carrier site. Please be advised that the title for the products in your order will be transferred to you once your credit card is processed and your order is approved. In addition the liability for the products contained in the order is transferred to the carrier once Starpil Wax packages and ships your parcel and to you, once the shipment has been delivered to the address you have listed for your shipping address. 

PARCEL FORWARDING SERVICES 

10-day timeframe in which to report a package as lost, stolen, or damage. 10-day parameters begin from the Date of Delivery and confirmed with Customer Service on the backend.

Starpil Wax does advise against having your order delivered to a parcel forwarding company, as we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that may occur. Unfortunately, we cannot offer replacements or refunds for any reported missing, damaged, lost, or stolen items that have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company or service. 

Kindly be advised that orders addressed to a parcel forwarding service are placed at your own personal risk.  

CANCELLING OR CHANGING AN ORDER 

Please note: due to the high volume of orders we are processing, order cancellation requests can no longer be accommodated. To return an order or product,  please contact our Customer Service team with your order number by email at info@starpilwax.com to get a return label.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

The international shipping methods we offer are FedEx Express to Australia, as well as FedEx International Ground to Canada.

We are currently unable to ship orders to destinations outside of the United States, Canada, or Australia. 

Please note that all international orders are subject to the country and/or destination’s duties and CEF(clearance entry) fees. Starpil Wax Co. is not responsible for any additional fees incurred because of import or export duties, fees, or customs.

RETURN POLICY

We strive to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Starpil, but we also understand that some things just don’t work out.  We will gladly exchange your item within 30 days from the date of purchase or order confirmation. The restocking fee will be waived. 

Starpil Promise

If you purchase a 2.2lb bag of hard wax and it doesn't completely meet your expectations, we are dedicated to making it right. 

We will promptly replace it with a different formula of your choice, ensuring your total satisfaction. Trust us to deliver the quality you deserve – that's our Starpil promise to you.

*Applies only to 2.2lb hard wax purchases. 

 

Please note, original shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returns or exchanges.

We cannot accept any partial refunds or exchanges for any kits or bundles that you are unsatisfied with. For inventory purposes, the entire kit and/or bundle would need to be returned. 

Starpil Wax does not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds for wholesale orders for any reason. 

Starpil Wax Co. reserves the right to refuse a return, exchange, or refund on opened, used or merchandise not returned in its original condition or beyond the designated return/exchange period. We only accept returns on merchandise purchased from StarpilWax.com.

For merchandise purchased elsewhere (such as Amazon), please contact the original retailer regarding any return or exchange policy. 

OUR PRODUCTS ARE SOLD ONLINE TO BUSINESSES, PROFESSIONALS, AND STUDENTS.

IF YOU ARE NOT A STUDENT OR SPA PROFESSIONAL, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY KIND OF RETURN for issues with product performance or liking.

Once product packaging is opened, it may no longer be returned. If a returned package arrives back to Starpil Wax and it has been used, a refund will not be dispersed and the products will not be returned to the customer.

A Return Authorization for returns must be obtained prior to sending your order back by contacting info@starpilwax.com or by reaching out timely to our phone number at  1-305-907-0756.

PROMOTIONS

Free Shipping Promotion

Unfortunately, due to high freight rates this promotion is not available for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Promotions and the Glow Rewards program cannot be combined for any reason at any time.
