GENERAL QUESTIONS

Standard orders should be delivered within 3 to 5 business days following order confirmation. Please allow up to 2 additional days for rural zip codes. Shipping is available within the U.S. and standard orders can be delivered to P.O. boxes. P.O. box deliveries will be shipped via USPS, if you’re selecting Fedex home delivery during the checkout process please avoid entering a P.O. box address. Doing so will cause a delay in your delivery as Fedex does not ship to P.O. boxes.

We also ship standard orders to US Territories, Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, which requires additional time for delivery and may be subject to delivery restrictions based on the item type, weight, and size. Please keep in mind our $100+ free shipping offer is excluded to all US territories, Canada, and the AU.
When shipping internationally to Canada or Australia, please be aware of any customs fees and taxes that may be applied upon arriving are not the responsibility of Starpil Wax. International shipping does require additional time for delivery and may be subject to delivery restrictions based on the item type, weight, and size.

Next Day Delivery orders placed by 4 pm EST will be delivered the next business day (Tuesday to Friday), and orders placed by 4 pm EST on Friday will be delivered the next business day (Monday). Orders placed after 4 pm EST on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday at the latest. Next Day Delivery is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses and P.O. boxes at this time. During high season and sale, Next Day Delivery might be unavailable.

As soon as we are ready to ship your order we will send you an email with the delivery information. After that you will be able to track your order when you log in at www.starpilwax.com or by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. It may take up to 24 hours before tracking information is updated

QUESTIONS ABOUT THE PRODUCT

Wax breaking during the removal process is typically caused by two main reasons. Either the wax application is too thin or the wax was left on the skin for too long. To avoid the wax breaking during the application process we recommend applying a thicker layer of wax to the skin to get the rhythm or groove of the wax's behavior creating a lip for grip to remove the strip. The density of the wax will determine the sensitivity of the wax during the removal process. The wax should rest on the skin for approximately 30-40 seconds prior to the removal. If your wax is still wet after 30-40 seconds, please allow an additional 30 seconds until the wax has dried.

Fundamental mistakes during the heating, application and removal process of the wax can lead to hairs being left behind. To avoid hairs being left behind when waxing, we recommend ensuring that the temperature on your warmer is at the highest setting until the wax has reached a full liquid form. Once the wax has reached a full liquid form you must lower the temperature on your warmer to a low mid-level setting and allow for the wax cool off. Proceed to wait an approximate 15-20 minutes until the wax has reached a honey-like consistency. Once the wax has reached a honey-like consistency we recommend applying a thicker layer of wax to the skin to get the rhythm or groove of the wax's behavior creating a lip for grip to remove the strip. The density of the wax will determine the sensitivity of the wax during the removal process. The wax should rest on the skin for approximately 30-40 seconds prior to the removal. If your wax is still wet after 30-40 seconds, please allow an additional 30 seconds until the wax has dried.

Fundamental mistakes during the heating process can cause your wax to heat at the wrong temperature setting. Heating your wax at the wrong temperature setting can lead to your wax being too stretchy. Typically, when the wax solution is too flexible the wax temperature is too cold. We recommend turning up the temperature on your professional wax warmer until the wax has reached a honey-like consistency.

When using your Starpil Pro Wax Warmer we recommend waiting an approximate 20-30 minutes using the highest temperature setting. Once the wax has reached a full liquid form you must lower the temperature on your warmer to a low mid-level setting and allow for the wax cool off. Proceed to wait an approximate 15-20 minutes until the wax has reached a honey-like consistency.

Every microwave has different wattage causing it to be extremely dangerous as it can lead to severe burns in your skin. Stoves will cause the wax to overheat and burn therefore, we only recommend heating up the wax using a professional wax warmer in order to control the temperature setting.

Mixing the wax is doable but not recommended. We don’t recommend mixing different formulas as each wax performs differently and mixing multiple variations of the wax can lead to the product not performing the same.

You may use any warmer with adjustable temperature settings as Starpil Wax is temperature sensitive.

The formula of each product is entirely different. The polymer blue film wax is available in beads and tablets. Meanwhile the original European formula is available in our original bagged packaging. The difference between our polymer and European formula is the density of the wax after it has been melted. The polymer formula is flexible and gives the user more time during the application process. In comparison, the European formula is not as flexible and requires dedicated attention and precise timing during the application process.

Due to the high volume of orders we are processing we cannot accommodate order cancellation requests once an order is placed. However, you may return your order or specific products after you receive them. To return an order or product, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number by email at info@starpilwax.com for more information on the next steps. At this time we do not offer paid return labels for returns.

At this time, no. Any opened and/or used product may not be returned. The only exception to this rule is for Starpil Wax Warmers that are still within their 1 year warranty. Otherwise, if a product is attempted to be returned and arrives back showing it has been opened and used, the customer will not receive a refund nor will used products be returned back to customer..

If your tracking information shows delivered, your first point of contact will be with your respective courier
1. Oftentimes, delivery companies try to make the packages they deliver hard to see to prevent theft, so please check around your entire building or residence and with any immediate neighbors to see if the package had been mistakenly delivered.
2.You must file a trace with FedEx.com within 10 days after the delivery date to locate the package, you can call them at +1 800 463 3339, you will need your tracking number, your shipping address, and present the information about your lost package.
