**1-YEAR WARRANTY: Starpil Wax wax warmers come with a one-year replacement warranty. If you encounter any issues with heating or warmer function within one year of the purchase date, you can contact us for evaluation. If the warmer is deemed defective, we will replace it with a brand-new unit. Please note that we do not offer repair services. The wax pot is so good! It’s big enough for what I need. I didn’t care for the wax too much, it would break on me so maybe I just need to control the temperature a little better. Overall everything was great!
