1-YEAR WARRANTY:Starpil Wax wax warmers come with a one-year replacement warranty. If you encounter any issues with heating or warmer function within one year of the purchase date, you can return it to us for evaluation. If the warmer is deemed defective, we will replace it with a brand-new unit. Please note that we do not offer repair services.
