i was super excited when this came out, i don’t recommend for facial waxing. i tried to use it for my brow clients. the hair just doesn’t come up. then i have to tweeze a lot. i prefer the pink hard wax. i bought the black wax bc the description said the hair type didn’t matter. i’m disappointed.

For facial waxing, we recommend adjusting the temperature to 75° c if you are heating a full pot. It is also important to ensure your customers' skin is not oily while being waxed. I've been using the blue hard wax for years in my business but decided to give this black hard wax a try. Omg amazing! I live in Houston which is a hot humid city and the blue wax would break constantly unless I did thick strips if I did a large area, which caused me to use twice if not 3 times as much wax on 1 service. This wax blew my mind. I did a thinner large strip on thick hair and it never broke! 1 strip and everything came up! Amazing and worth every penny! My new wax for everything!

I specialize in male full-body waxing. I prefer my jobs to be done fast without repeating or reapplying wax on my clients’ skin over and over. We all know how frustrating and annoying that is. From my experience, men’s hair can be super coarse and quite stubborn, especially on the chest and on the sides and the base of the private part. It applies thinly without cracking or breaking while being removed. It sets almost immediately after applied. Starpil Black Film Wax makes full-body waxing more enjoyable to me. Also, it’s absolutely more pleasant to my clients. This is it!!!
