This has been the worst wax I’ve ever used

My skin is still red and peeling from two days post from waxing. I have waxed before and this has never happened to me. I have never experienced dryness or peeling from waxing until I used this wax. I am very disappointed because this wax says it’s for sensitive skin and it has irritating my skin. This did not happen to me because the wax was too hot. I’ve done my waxing at home before I know when the wax is at the right temperature. I also used the gel oil after to try to get the residue off, and it did not come off!! I also used the gel that is supposed to be used before wax and I did not like it !! It feels like I have ice on my skin! The only wax I did like from them was the blue hard wax! That’s it !!
